1. Payment
At www.cphfloat.dk you can pay with Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. The webshop does not charge the customer a payment card fee.
Payment is made in Danish kroner (DKK) and all prices include VAT.
2. Delivery conditions
With each booking, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at info@cphfloat.dk as you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
With every purchase of products, gift cards and membership, a receipt and booking code will be sent to your email address.
3. Validity
Gift and coupon cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation policy
Up to 24 hours before your treatment, you are free to move or cancel your appointment. Just follow the link in your confirmation email. If you still need help, you can email us. The deadline of 24 hours is there so that we can book someone else into your time.
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours, your purchase/cut will unfortunately be considered exhausted.
5. Attendance
All floating sessions include 30 minutes extra in addition to the paid floating time itself, so you have time to shower, change, dry your hair, etc. without having to stress. You therefore do not need to arrive early. Before you float for the first time, we will ask you to complete and sign our “Declaration of acceptance of risks and disclaimer of liability” form.
6. Pre-Float Checklist
To ensure a comfortable, hygienic and safe floating experience, all guests must confirm the following points.
1. Float tanks and the shower areas are wetlands, and for my own safety I will be extra careful when I am here.
2. I have washed myself thoroughly all over and removed all oil, cream and make-up before entering the float tank.
3. I have not dyed my hair or received keratin treatments recently ie. within the last two weeks (There is no color residue in the water when I take a shower).
4. I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5. I have not been tattooed within the past month.
6. I do not suffer from incontinence.
7. I do not suffer from an infected skin condition, disorder or disease.
8. I release Copenhagen Float from any responsibility in connection with the use of the float tanks and the stay around, regardless of whether loss or damage is direct or indirect. I further declare that I take full responsibility for my thoughts and actions and that this declaration will apply to each visit.
9. If I am pregnant, I release Copenhagen Float from any responsibility in connection with the use of the float tanks and the stay around, and the effect on my pregnancy and the fetus. (There is no reason to avoid floating while you are pregnant and there are actually many benefits of floating when you are pregnant).
NOTE: A cleaning fee will be charged if the tank is left in a contaminated state as a result of e.g. incontinence, intercourse, bleeding, etc. The amount covers loss of business and replacement of salt.
For respectively i-sopod and spirit tank are charged a cleaning fee of DKK 10,000. For our 2-person floatroom, a cleaning fee of DKK 20,000 is charged.
7. Massage Treatments
We will do our best to book your preferred therapist, but cannot guarantee in case of unforeseen circumstances e.g. if a practitioner is ill. Your massage appointment will not be canceled or rescheduled in this case and you will still be asked to pay the full amount (and enjoy the full massage!) with the therapist we have available at the time.
If you have requested a female therapist and we only have a male therapist available, we will contact you.
Most of our therapists are VAT exempt. VAT is therefore not included on these treatments. If you need to know more or receive a VAT receipt, you can write to us at info@cphfloat.dk
8. Membership Terms & Conditions
When you buy a membership, you will receive a code via email, which can be used to book treatments on our website.
There is a joining fee of 250kr which includes your first float consultation and an intro pack with ear plugs, a float diary and a little surprise from our gift shop.
Payment for your membership will be charged to your credit or debit card once per month on the day that you first signed up.
There is a minimum sign-up period of 3 months.
You can always pause your membership for 1-3 months for 150kr. The pause will follow the payment date. You can pause it by contacting our customer service team on info@cphfloat.dk.
If you would like to purchase additional treatments, please contact us on info@cphfloat.dk and we will get it set up for you.
Unused points roll over to the following month
If you wish to change or cancel your membership, please write an email to info@cphfloat.dk
The notice period is 30 days from the last day of the month.
When you become a member, you’ll receive exciting and helpful emails (max. twice a month) where we share tips and tricks on how to get the most out of our services – including the countless health benefits! You can always unsubscribe from these emails if you’ve had enough of our loving reminders.
9. Children and Floating
You must be at least 10 years old to float. Children under 13 may float accompanied by an adult. If you/your child are 13-18 years old, they may float alone if the guidelines above are followed and the guardian/parents allow this.
10. Right of withdrawal and refund
You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.
You must notify us within 14 days of the purchase that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to info@cphfloat.dk. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form, which you will find further down.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid back.
We will refund the full amount no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Gift and coupon cards cannot be exchanged/returned after the right of withdrawal or service has begun.
Gift and coupon cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

11. Discounts and Offers
You may not combine multiple offers or discount codes. If you have purchased a standard 5-trip clip card for a float or massage, you must not share them with others. You may only share a 10-trip clip card and 4 times a month membership.
12. Disclaimer
We reserve the right for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
13. Personal information and data protection
We use cookies on our website to give you the best experience and become even better at spreading the word about both floating and massage treatments with us. Copenhagen float follows the Danish legislation on data protection. You can completely decide on your cookie settings yourself and choose both off and on as suits you best.

15. Last Minute Float Offers
When a last-minute float email is sent out, we operate a first-come first-serve basis. In order to secure an appointment, you must send us an email to info@cphfloat.dk with your telephone number and desired slot. We will book the appointment and send you a payment link. The payment should be made within 2 hours and cannot be refunded once made. If the payment is not made, we can give the appointment time to another person. The prices are as defined in the email offer, and are subject to change.
