Recovery Sessions

Recovery sessions include:

  1. Infrared sauna (30 minutes)

  2. Recovery boots (30 minutes)

  3. Vibroacoustic therapy (45 minutes)

There is 1 recovery session per month with our Float+ membership, and 2 with our Float FLEX membership.

They can be booked together with a float in a “kombi” treatment, or at any other time.

    Friend Passes

A friend pass means that you can bring a friend once per month when you are coming for your appointment, and get a great discount! There is 1 monthly friend pass included with all our memberships, and your friend saves 25% each time, or 30% with annual memberships. A friend pass is valid for all our services except massage and acupuncture. The friend MUST come at the same time as you. Discounts can not be applied in combination with other offers, memberships or packages.

It costs 100kr to bring a friend with you in the sauna, regardless of which membership you have.

    Floats for Friends

You can book a float for you and your friend in 2 tanks at the same time. A friend pass is not valid for our couples float room, however you are welcome to contact us 1-2 days before with a request, and if we have availability we will do our best to offer you the float room. It is normally booked up in the evenings and weekends, with more availability during the weekdays.

    Recovery Sessions for Friends

You can bring a friend to the sauna, where you will share the sauna, or for recovery boots where you will sit together with the boots in our lounge. At present, we are not able to facilitate a 2-person vibroacoustic therapy session, but this will be added in 2026.

    Rollover of Credit

We encourage you to use your membership credit each month – you will feel the well-being benefits if you use your floats regularly. Let us know if you need help in booking several floats and sessions in advance.

If you don’t manage to use your credit during the month, your booking code will no longer work, but you can contact us to book a time. If you don’t use the credit during the 30 days following the month you missed, the credit will expire permanently.

    Booking & Cancellation

Up to 24 hours before your treatment, you are free to move or cancel your appointment. Just follow the link in your confirmation email. If you still need help, you can email us.

If you wish to cancel within 24 hours, your credit will unfortunately be considered used.

    Pausing a Membership

It is not possible to pause monthly memberships, but you can pause all annual memberships for up to 30 days at a time, twice in a 12 month period. That means that your 12 month contract would stretch to 14 months if you used the 2 pauses. Contact us on info@cphfloat.dk at the time you would like to pause, and we will set it up for you.

If you need to pause your membership for a longer time due to pregnancy or a health-related issue that prevents you from using our services, please contact us. Proof from a doctor will be required.

    Cancelling a Membership

Contact us on info@cphfloat.dk to cancel. For monthly memberships, there is a 30 day notice period after the initial 3 months. That means you will be charged once more after cancelling us, and you will be able to use our services during the full notice period.

    Kombi Treatments

You are very welcome to use your membership to enjoy “kombi” treatments with us. Depending on the membership you have selected, your booking code will work with many of our kombis that include floating, sauna, recovery boots and vibroacoustic therapy. Massage kombis are not included in any of our memberships, but there is a discount on massage treatments.

If your membership does not cover the cost of the kombi, we will send you a payment link to pay the remaining amount. Here is a list of our most popular combinations:
