Infrared Sauna & Floating
45 minutes of infrared sauna followed by 60 minutes of floating. The sauna warms the body deeply, increases circulation, and helps release tension, preparing you for the float, where both body and nervous system can relax on a deeper level.
You will have plenty of time to relax in the lounge with tea and snacks before continuing with your day.

Recovery Boots & Infrared Sauna
30 minutes of recovery boots followed by 45 minutes of infrared sauna. The recovery boots increase circulation, while the infrared heat helps release tension, allowing the body to relax and recover more easily.
Perfect after training, a long day, or when the body feels heavy and tight.

Recovery Boots & Vibroacoustic Therapy
30 minutes of recovery boots followed by 45 minutes of vibroacoustic therapy on the ViBoard. The recovery boots increase circulation, while the vibroacoustic treatment combines sound and gentle vibrations in a deep, meditative sound experience that helps the body relax and release tension.
Ideal when you feel tired, overstimulated, or in need of a break from the pace of everyday life.

Vibroacoustic Therapy & Floating
45 minutes of vibroacoustic therapy on the ViBoard followed by 60 minutes of floating.
The vibroacoustic treatment helps the body relax through sound and gentle vibrations, preparing you for the float, where both body and nervous system can fully let go. Perfect if you find it difficult to relax, feel overstimulated, or want a deeper floating experience.

If you have tried to book an appointment but your code doesn’t work, please contact us on [email protected].
It might be that your gift certificate has expired, or that you have already used the treatments in your package. It could also be because you have purchased a gift or offer through one of our partner sites. Unfortunately not all of their codes work with our booking system.
