Recovery sessions are included with Float+ and FloatFLEX memberships. You can choose between infrared sauna (30 minutes), recovery boots (30 minutes) and vibroacoustic therapy (45 minutes). Read more about these treatments and their health-boosting benefits here:

A friend pass means that you can bring a friend once per month when you are coming for your appointment, and get a great discount! There is 1 monthly friend pass included with all our memberships, and your friend saves 25% each time. A friend pass is valid for all our services except massage and acupuncture. The friend MUST come at the same time as you. The booking can be made by filling out the contact form on this page with your request (date and time). 

A friend pass is not valid for our couples float room, however you are welcome to contact us 1-2 days before with a request, and if we have availability we will do our best to offer you the float room. It is normally booked up in the evenings and weekends, with more availability during the weekdays. 

It costs 100kr to bring a friend with you in the sauna, regardless of which membership you have.

If you don’t manage to use your credit during the month, you can contact us to book a time, although you will lose the float credit if you don’t book within 30 days. 

It is not possible to pause monthly memberships, but you can pause all annual memberships for up to 30 days at a time, twice in a 12 month period. That means that your 12 month contract would stretch to 14 months if you used the 2 pauses. 

Contact us on [email protected] to cancel. For monthly memberships, there is a 30 day notice period. That means you will be charged once more after cancelling us, and you will be able to use our services during the full notice period.

Yes of course! Depending on the membership you have selected, your booking code will work with many of our kombis. The best way to book is to check availability, fill in the contact form on this page with your request, and we will book it in for you. We like to do this to ensure there is a good flow between appointments for you, so that you will have the best possible experience. If your membership does not cover the cost of the kombi, we will send you a payment link to pay the remaining amount. Here is a list of our most popular combinations:

With our FLOAT+ and FLOAT FLEX memberships, you get a discount on massage treatments – 10% for monthly memberships and 15% for annual.  

If you are interested in regular massages (e.g. 1 or more per month), a klippekort or massage membership will be a better option for you. Please write to us in the contact form with your request, and we will send you a list of options (e.g. a klippekort or massage membership). 

Yes! If you would like to float twice per month, or if you would like to share the calm with a friend or partner, the FLEX membership is a great option. Each month you can decide if you would like 2 floats for yourself, or bring someone and float together in our couples float room, or bring a friend to float in 2 separate float tanks. 

You will also get 2 recovery sessions. Here are some examples of how you could use your membership credit. 

1. 2 floats + 2 recovery boots
2. 1 sauna/float kombi + 1 viboard/float kombi
3. 1 float + 1 boots/sauna/float kombi
4. 1 weekday couples float + recovery boots for 2
5. 1 float + 2 sauna + 2 boots

Your membership starts from the day you sign up and a payment is charged to your card each month on the same date. 

You will receive a receipt to your email address each month, confirming the payment. 

You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days after purchase, providing you have not used any of our services.
