Revitalize your legs with pulsing compression
At Copenhagen Float, we now offer Normatec 3 Recovery Boots — an advanced compression therapy that stimulates circulation, reduces soreness, and gives your legs new energy.
What is compression treatment?
Normatec 3 is an advanced, scientifically based compression system that uses pulsing air pressure — Patented Pulse Technology — to mimic the body’s natural muscle pump and stimulate both blood and lymphatic circulation.
With its overlapping zones (ZoneBoost™), it provides a gentle yet effective treatment from foot to thigh.
Who can benefit from the treatment?
Normatec 3 is ideal for elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone who experiences long workdays or spends a lot of time on their feet. The treatment accelerates recovery, reduces the risk of overuse, eases muscle soreness, and supports both physical and mental well-being.
Your experience
During your treatment, you’ll be welcomed by our experienced team, who will help you find the right pressure level (up to 7 different settings) and show you how to control it via the unit or the app. Once you’re comfortably settled, Normatec 3 takes over — a gentle, pulsing embrace that massages your legs, flushes out waste products, reduces swelling, and relieves tension. Many describe the sensation as a soothing hug that leaves you with less soreness, greater mobility, and a renewed sense of energy.
Find a time
We offer compression therapy for one or two people, and each session lasts 30 minutes. Contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to book a longer session.
Save with a package
To get the most out of our compression boots, we recommend regular use. They can support recovery after training and help with challenges such as tired legs, swelling, poor circulation, inflammation, or lymphatic issues like lymphedema and fluid retention. With a 10-session package, you can save money and enjoy the benefits of regular use.

We offer combination treatments that pair compression therapy (recovery boots) with sauna, floating – or both.
Each session begins with 30 minutes of compression therapy, followed by either 30 minutes in the infrared sauna, 60 minutes of floating, or both.
Finish your experience with fresh fruit, snacks, and a cup of tea in our peaceful lounge. You can expect to spend an additional 30–60 minutes with us, depending on your shower time and how long you’d like to relax afterwards.
